NaNoWriMo = No Free Time In November

It’s time to start my entry for the National Novel Writing Month challenge.  It’s a really simple idea.  Write a fifty thousand word novel in November.  Sure it’s only thirty days, but at least they don’t hold it in February.

What this means for Brain Bits To Go is pretty simple.  My posts may be a little shorter.  I may miss a couple of days here or there this month, but things should be back to normal in December.  If anyone is interested, I may post occasional excerpts here during the process.  Okay, truth is I may post them here whether anyone is interested or not.

So I just wanted to give people a heads up that I may not have quite as much free time this month, but I’m not abandoning my blog.  Just may not be as focused on it as I have been to date.  This novel project is going to involve writing a little over sixteen-hundred words a day.  That’s not going to leave a lot of words to go in here.

Hopefully I can do both.  How hard can it be?

That’s a rhetorical question buy the way.

Cheers, Winston
